Our platform provides: (a) a searchable database of medical professionals; (b) doctor profile pages with credentials, specializations, and clinic schedules; (c) navigation and location services for clinics; (d) emergency contact numbers and helplines; (e) a favorites system for bookmarking preferred doctors.

Kurdistan Doctors is a directory and information service only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare decisions must be made directly with a qualified medical professional.

IMPORTANT: The information available on this platform is for general informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Kurdistan Doctors makes reasonable efforts to verify the credentials of listed medical professionals. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by Practitioners.

Verification of credentials is performed through review of syndicate licenses and official documentation. A "Verified" badge indicates that credentials have been reviewed at the time of verification but may not reflect subsequent changes.

Practitioners are responsible for keeping their profile information current, including clinic schedules, contact information, and specialization details. Outdated or false information may result in profile suspension.

Kurdistan Doctors reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any Practitioner profile that violates these Terms or our community standards.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

✓Impersonating any person or entity, including medical professionals or Kurdistan Doctors staff

✓Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information

✓Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

✓Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems

✓Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform without written permission

✓Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

✓Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or medical professionals

✓Using the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

✓Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the platform

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including relevant regulations in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KURDISTAN DOCTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Kurdistan Doctors does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current; (c) the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
